Cleaning & Refurbishing

We do provide cleaning and refurbishing services for your Designs to Shine gown/s. The cleaning service ranges from $100 - $250. Please call to determine the cost of refurbishment. We will do our best to provide you with a quote over the phone, however, we will not be able to properly assess the gown untill we can see it in person and consult with our production staff. Please keep in mind that many materials are limited edition and some may no longer be available, including stones. Please call the office before you send your dress/es back for cleaning or refurbishment so that we can schdule their timely return. At that time, we will provide you with a more accurate quote.

*Although many of our gowns should be cleaned professionally, some of our gowns can be easily laundered at home. To launder at home, we suggest a cold bath with a fine fabric detergent. After rinsing, dry the gown by wrapping in a large bath towel and squeezing until all excess water has been absorbed. The gown should be dried laying flat out of direct sunlight. Please call the office for specifics about the best way to clean your gown. Designs to Shine is not responsible for damage to any gown that we have not cleaned.
