Alterations:
Designs to Shine is happy to take back any gown we have created for alterations. Please return it along with your notes and any photos to our studio address listed in our contact information. Charges may apply and you will be provided with an estimate once we receive your gown. Please note that we do not accept gowns at any event.

Measurement Forms:
Having detailed measurements allows us to ensure the fit of your custom gown or alterations. Please download the available form by clicking on “measurement forms” above. It may be necessary to have someone assist you to ensure accuracy.

Pricing:
The price of each gown is determined by the complexity of its design and the amount of stonework used to embellish it. Please contact us for a quote on any gown listed in Today’s Collection.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Custom orders average 6-8 weeks for completion, which may be contingent on material availability and production schedule. We guarantee satisfaction on all custom designs and will make any adjustments to fit if necessary. Please contact the studio no longer than 7 days after receiving your order if these adjustments are necessary. Adjustments to the design of the completed gown, after approval has been made, will require additional charges.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your off the rack purchase, we will be happy to exchange your gown. Designs to Shine can not exchange any gown that has been worn or is not in its original condition. Again, we will need to be contacted within 7 days regarding any exchange. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on any purchase.

Consignments:
Designs to Shine will take back any gown originally created by us and consign it for you. Please return it to our studio address listed in our contact information. Please make sure the gown is returned is in a clean and sellable condition. There will be a cleaning fee deducted from the credit once the gown has been sold. We will keep your gown for up to 3 months and do everything possible to sell it. Once it does sell you will be given 70% of the sale price in the form of store credit. Please note that we do not accept gowns at any events and do not give cash refunds.
