Designs to Shine we pride ourselves on the quality and fit
of our gowns. Our experienced staff will be happy to work
with you to design the gown that is perfect for you. All custom
orders require a deposit of 50% of the estimated price to
begin and the balance is due when the gown is completed. Our
measurement forms are located in the FAQs section of the website.
If
you are interested in a gown that is currently on our website
in Today’s Collection, please call or email the office
with the name and code number of the dress. We will be more
than happy to answer any questions you have regarding our
gowns. We are happy to send any available gown to you for
a fitting. We do require a credit card to cover the cost
of shipping, and there is no obligation to buy. After 24
hours you can arrange to purchase or send the gown back
if it is not quite right for you. You may try on as many
dresses as you like, but we do ask to send out no more than
2 at one time.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
Custom orders average 6-8 weeks for completion, which may be contingent on material availability and production schedule. We guarantee satisfaction on all custom designs and will make any adjustments to fit if necessary. Please contact the studio no longer than 7 days after receiving your order if these adjustments are necessary. Adjustments to the design of the completed gown, after approval has been made, will require additional charges.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your off the rack purchase, we will be happy to exchange your gown. Designs to Shine can not exchange any gown that has been worn or is not in its original condition. Again, we will need to be contacted within 7 days regarding any exchange. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on any purchase.
